Centralised Custormer Service Coordinator

The Südpack Packaging Group is an international manufacturer of flexible packaging material for the food industry.

In order to expand our customer service department, we are looking for:

Centralized Customer Service Coordinator (39 hrs / wk )

Job description:
• Dealing predominantly with English, Dutch and Scandinavian food producers.
• Work closely with the sales manager and our production companies in Germany, Poland, 

   Netherlands and Switzerland to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Work as a part of a team of customer service  coordinators and you will be required to provide 

cover in the event of any absence.
• Make pro-active calls to launch quotations or acquire orders and new orders.
• Monitor the order portfolio to detect when new orders have to be placed.

• Advice customers in film applications.
• Make telephone calls; create quotations, process orders and do any necessary follow up 

work to complete orders deliveries.
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
• Manage and monitor the administration of complaints.
• SUDPACK uses a SAP system and MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook

Requirements:
• Mastery of the Dutch and English language is a must. Knowledge in German and/or a Scandinavian 

   language would be preferred.
• Higher education, CE or BE.

• A pro-active attitude.
• Extensive experience in administrative and customer- activities.

• Well-organized, responsible and be able to solve problems quickly.
• Good knowledge in SAP and MS Office programs: Word, Excel and Outlook, Powerpoint
• To be comfortable working as a part of a team and able to make an important contribution 

towards a high standard of team performance.
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
• Living in a radius of 40km around Elst (Gld).
